1. Free Product Offer, Refundable Shipping Fee, Coupon & Eligibility:

• • Our Jaboran Herbal Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo 60ml (MRP ₹ 99/-) is offered for FREE for a limited period.
  • To prevent misuse of the free sample, a refundable shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged. The shipping fee will be refunded as a coupon after successful delivery.
  • This offer is strictly for first-time customers only who have never purchased any product from Avirupa Homoeo before, but intend to use a trial product before purchase of the final product without any intention to misuse or scam with any free offer.
  • Limit of one (1) Trial Pack per customer, per unique household, and per unique shipping address. Multiple orders detected from the same individual/entity will be cancelled without notice.
  • We reserve the right to verify identity via email, phone, or OTP to ensure a fair and genuine trial experience. Orders failing this verification may be cancelled.

2. Coupon Terms:

• • A coupon of ₹49 will be issued after successful delivery, effectively refunding your shipping fee for use on a future purchase to be made from our website.
  • The coupon will be issued within 48 hours after successful delivery.
  • It is not transferable to another person or account and can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • The Coupon issued for the refund of the shipping fee does have an expiration date. The coupon must be used within 30 days from the date of issue of the coupon.
  • The Coupon issued for the refund of shipping fee applies to future purchases with a minimum order value of Rs. 299/-.
  • The Coupon issued for the refund of shipping fees can’t be combined with other coupons, promotional offers, or discounts, whether specified or not.
  • The Coupon is non-transferable.
  • This coupon is a non-cash promotional credit issued as part of our Risk-Free Trial campaign and holds no refundable cash value.
  • Coupon misuse, including using multiple phone numbers, fake addresses, or bots to claim coupons, will result in immediate blacklisting.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

• • All Trial Packs are shipped using standard courier services.
  • Expected delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, natural calamities).
  • Force Majeure: Avirupa Homoeo Pharmaceuticals shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
  • You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Order Cancellation by Customer:

• • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • If an order for the Free product is cancelled after successfully placing the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • The refund will be issued to the Digital Wallet of the customer maintained on our website.
  • Customers without an account with us who opt for a refund to their bank account will incur a transaction fee of Rs. 9/-. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business working days.

5. Order Cancellation for Policy Violation:

• • Orders found to violate the one Free Product per person/family/unique shipping address policy will be cancelled.
  • Customers attempting to place multiple orders to bypass this policy may face account suspension or termination.
  • The amount paid by the customer for Order(s) that have been cancelled due to a violation of the policy will be credited to the Digital Wallet of the customer maintained on our website.
  • Customers without an account with us who opt for a refund to their bank account will incur a transaction fee of Rs. 9/-. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business working days.

6. Refund Policy (Applicable for Defects/Loss ONLY):

• • Cash refunds for the ₹49 Trial Pack are provided ONLY in the following circumstances:
    • Damaged Product: If you receive a Trial Pack that is physically damaged upon delivery.
    • Lost in Transit: If your Trial Pack is confirmed lost by the courier service and not delivered within 15 days of dispatch.
  • To claim a cash refund for a damaged/lost product:
    • For damaged products, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery, with clear video evidence of the damage.
    • For lost products, contact us within 10 days of dispatch if tracking shows no movement or delivery failure.
    • Upon verification, a full ₹49 cash refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Misuse Prevention, Blacklisting, and Legal Protection:

• • Only one (1) Trial Pack per customer, per unique household, and per unique shipping address. Orders requesting more than one Free Sample Product will be cancelled.
  • This Trial Pack offer is designed for genuine customer experience with the intention for individual use and is not transferable. Any attempt to exploit or misuse these policies will be dealt with strictly.
  • Avirupa Homoeo reserves the unequivocal right to:
    • • Cancel /deny any order or coupon issuance that we, in our sole discretion, deem fraudulent, suspicious, or indicative of misuse, including but not limited to multiple orders under different accounts or false information provided.
      • Blacklist customers and/or shipping addresses identified as engaging in fraudulent activities or policy misuse, preventing future orders or claims.

• • We may conduct verification checks to ensure compliance with the one (1) Free Product per person/per unique household/per unique shipping address policy. Our internal records and assessment of policy compliance will be considered final in such cases.
